On January 16, 1997, the pastor and Board of Deacons concurred that in the coming millennium, it will be necessary to prepare for the growth our church.  Each member was entrusted an visionary partner, keeping the Bethlehem Baptist Church's vision alive and well, as we prepare to build a family life center.

We voted unanimously to purchase all adjoining properties, upon availability. On December 23, 1997, God truly blessed us when Mrs. Lottie Duncan agreed to sell us the property we needed.

The Wiley Kennedy Family Life Center was built to bring glory and honor to God, and to uplift and strengthen the ministries of the church. Programs are continuously being implemented to develop and enhance the spiritual, physical, mental, and social needs of our church family and surrounding areas.  It is a pleasure and a privilege for  Bethlehem Baptist Church to provide a facility for church groups and other organizations not necessarily affiliated with Bethlehem Baptist Church.

This edifice belongs to God.  Our mission as Christian Stewards is to administer and maintain the facility, resources, and values.  Ministries provided by the Wiley Kennedy Family Life Center include:
